This meme that I found on shows us the bias that can be found in different news sources. As you may or may not know, Fox and MSNBC are the two stations predominantly seen as Republican or Democratic when it comes to American news. Fox tends to support the Republicans while MSNBC tends to support Democrats. While CNN usually comes off as neutral but with right and left tendencies at times due to their vast array of newscasters. BBC on the other hand being a British channel it also comes off as either neutral or not so much involved at pointless news at hand such as the one in the meme about Obama drinking a Pepsi.
I searched up this meme and found it on a couple of different sites and found a few on a couple of people’s blogs and most were basically agreeing with the intimation that the meme shows. Many stating that because of the political bias in the major American news channels they prefer to use foreign news channels as sources. I could not find the history of this meme but on the website 9GAG where I found this pic it seems to have originated from someones Facebook and many individuals certainly commented on it adding their own inputs as to what other news channels might say about the image of Barack Obama drinking a Pepsi.
